At Flinders Pet Services we know how hard it can be to leave your special one behind when on holidays, working, or when life just gets in the way.​

Our services include doggy daycare, long and short-term overnight stays, as well as add on services like walking, pick-ups and drop-offs.​

We specialise in small dogs only and are selective with our guests so as to ensure all our fur friends benefit from a safe, welcoming and caring environment.​

What services do you offer?

We offer both doggy daycare and dog Boarding.

We also have add-on services to our booking such as walking, grooming and transport (pick-up and drop-off)

What are your service rates?

For dog boarding we offer a range of different packages to suit the individual needs of our clients. We welcome you to contact us for a quote that is tailored to you pup

What are your open hours?

Daycare hours are 8am - 5pm

For simplicity our dog boarding hours are the same as a hotel. Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is before 10am.

Do you accept puppies?

Yes of course, we love puppies (who doesn't). However if your puppy has not completed their vaccination program, then sadly we will have to decline your booking.

What size dogs to you accept?

As we are a small operation, we a limited on numbers and space.

For now we are only taking bookings for small dogs.

Where will my dog sleep?

All out guests sleep inside. We have spare bedding available, as well as a number of different size and shape crates (if that is what your dog is comfortable with).

Do you provide food?

As you may know, dogs can be quite sensitive to changes in diet, so for this reason we ask our guests owners to provide enough food for your dogs stay. We will happily prepare your pups meal as per your instructions.

My dog requires medication, are you able to facilitate this?

Yes, we are experienced with administering oral and topical medications. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate any further medical care beyond those listed.

My dog isn't desexed, can I still book them in?

We do accept non-desexed dogs, however we ask that you bring this to our attention at the time of booking request. Depending on our other bookings over the time period, we may not be in a position to accept your fur baby. Non-desexed dogs enter our premises at the owners risk/responsibility.

How many dogs will you have in your care?

We cap our dog boarding at 6 guests. This is to ensure we can offer your fur babies enough individual care. We may have more dogs visiting during the day, but we do prefer to keep our numbers low.

Will my dog be left alone?

Most of the time there will be someone with your dog. On occasion, your dog may be left alone for short periods of time.

When this happens, we will ensure your dog is safe, secure and has access to fresh water and shelter.

Can I bring my dogs favorite toys?

Of course, if you feel this will help your dog settle and feel more comfortable, then you are welcome to pack your dogs toys in their overnight bag. Please note however we will not be held responsible for any toys, blankets or comfort items. This is because some of our guests like to chew, and may chew on your pets favorite items.
